Spray foam attic “compact roof”?

Question by ro9beam2002: Spray foam attic “compact roof”? In the process of buying a ICF “insulated concrete form structure” we did a walkthrough tonight and i noticed the attic space has spray foam insulation or what is called a “compact roof”, iam unfamliar with this construction teq. what are the plus and minuses of this type of building and insulation for a roof structure.
